Restaurant Manager Job Opportunity

At our Palm Springs-inspired resort, nestled along the banks of the majestic Murray River, we are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. This is a career-defining role where you will help shape the future of our resort.

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant floor and bar, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability in line with our vision.
  • Ensure customer service, guest experience, venue presentation, and product quality levels are maintained to high standards by all staff.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service, venue presentation, and food & beverage quality, and implement changes as necessary.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed, and all documentation is maintained.
  • Assist with front-of-house recruitment, training, and inductions, evaluations, and performance management.
  • Develop and adhere to revenue strategies, targets, and budgets.

  • A proven track record of delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent people management skills and the ability to lead a dynamic team.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
