We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Coordinator to lead our front office and reception team, fostering unity and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will oversee reservations, groups, functions, and event bookings, working closely with the General Manager to optimize revenue opportunities and minimize expenses.

- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office and reception team
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with all aspects of guest stay
- Work with the General Manager to optimize revenue opportunities and decrease expenses
- Oversee reservations, groups, functions, and event bookings
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management supervising a team
- Strong leadership skills
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with property management systems (preferred but not essential)
- Proven ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure, supported by strong organisational and time management skills
