We are seeking a seasoned Administrator to oversee our front office and reception team, promote team unity, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:- Foster a positive work environment by managing the front office and reception team effectively.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and assistance with their stay.
- Collaborate with senior management to optimize revenue opportunities and decrease expenses.
- Oversee reservations, groups, functions, and event bookings efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and adhere to confidentiality policies and procedures rigorously.
- Previous experience in administrative supervision is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Experience with property management systems is beneficial but not necessary.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays is expected.
