About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven leader who can drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and develop a high-performing team. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and employee development.

What We Offer:

A competitive $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and quarterly profit share bonus. You will also have access to our leadership training program, which will help you develop your soft and hard skills for progression opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail staff.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
