We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute a loyalty program strategy across Liquorland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing campaign execution, member database management, and customer value proposition amplification.
- Manage member databases through acquisition, enhancements, and redemption.
- Amplify the customer value proposition.
- Develop use cases for segmenting member data and cross-channel campaigns.
- Build and optimize automated lifecycle campaigns to drive retention.
About You
Candidates should possess a tertiary qualification in Advertising/Marketing/Business and 5+ years' experience leading teams in marketing, loyalty, or CRM. A background in Retail/FMCG is preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Sound knowledge of consumer research and analytics.
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns end-to-end.
