The Role

  • You will be responsible for understanding financial drivers of customer retention and their impacts on sustainability and profitability.
  • Your responsibilities are wide and varied, from analysing complex data sets, identifying trends, to translating insights into actionable strategies to optimise retention outcomes.

About You

  • As an experienced Senior Analyst with a minimum of 3+ years of experience, you possess experience in analyzing, digesting and drawing insights from business/commercial data in a regulated environment.
  • A strategic thinker and skilled negotiator, you understand the critical role that the Portfolio Analyst plays in the successful delivery of a change agenda.
