The Faculty of Engineering seeks a highly skilled coordinator to manage undergraduate, postgraduate and international student support services.
As Student Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising a team of support staff and providing high-quality client service. You will work closely with senior professional and academic staff within the Faculty and across the University.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing undergraduate, postgraduate and international student support services
- Supervising a team of support staff to deliver high-quality administration support and specialist services
- Providing high-level written communication skills to prepare clear and concise information tailored to targeted cohorts or information platforms
The successful applicant will have demonstrated ability to manage and lead a high-performing team, plan and manage resources for peak periods, and provide high-level interpersonal skills to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels within a large organisation.
