Key Roles and Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service to our student residents, ensuring a seamless experience from move-ins to daily interactions.

Duties:

  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage the front desk, handling resident inquiries and resolving or escalating issues as required.
    • Oversee check-ins/check-outs and support leasing, inspections, and property management tasks.
  • Customer Support
    • Provide timely assistance to residents with concerns or queries.
    • Liaise with maintenance, cleaning, contractors, and security teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform various administrative duties, including mail management and maintaining a professional reception area.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Unrestricted Work Rights in Australia.
  • A valid Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
