Hospital Account Manager

Heng & Hurst, a leading medical consumables company, is seeking a seasoned Hospital Account Manager to strengthen relationships and business partnerships with NSW hospitals, specifically in the southern Sydney/Southern NSW area.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, your key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with c-suite and executive level customers to identify new business opportunities.
- Developing and executing account management plans to drive business growth statewide.
- Providing commercial solutions to enhance partnerships and grow brand presence.
- Delivering market insights and commercial intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Leading and supporting ongoing tendering processes.
- Collaborating with internal teams across Australia to achieve business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor qualifications in Science, Business, or related fields.
- A proven track record in driving B2B growth in the hospital sector.
- Experience working with state-based public hospitals and private hospital groups.
- Knowledge of medical consumables or medical devices.
- Strong business acumen and effective communication skills.
- A deep understanding of hospital contract and tender processes.
Candidates with experience in a 'start-up or scale-up' business will be highly regarded, as this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing industry.
