We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Senior Contracts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing subcontractor financial and administrative activities, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare and review contracts, variations, and purchase orders, collaborating with project teams to ensure effective contract administration.
  • Coordinate contract documentation, including employee details, insurances, and other deliverables, to ensure compliance and efficient project progression.
  • Provide ongoing support to project teams, attending sites as required to engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the construction industry or related field, preferably with a degree in construction management, project management, or business administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and associated programs, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
Benefits
