About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced data governance professional to drive strategic initiatives across the organization, ensuring data quality, integrity, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on data governance best practices, develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to foster a culture of data stewardship.
  • You will also be responsible for leading data governance working groups, facilitating decision-making, and supervising data governance metrics, risks, and issues.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration, and significant experience in data governance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in implementing data policies and standards, assessing business initiative alignment, and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead team engagements and recommend effective data governance strategies.
