We are seeking an exceptional Executive Manager, Data Management to lead our data governance initiatives and drive strategic growth. As part of the Chief Data Office team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing data governance, establishing robust data controls, and managing data-related risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CDE Management: Lead the onboarding and ongoing management of Critical Data Elements (CDEs) across the organization.
  • Data Controls: Collaborate with Business Control and Monitoring (BCM) teams to review data usage, data quality rules, and requirements, and improve data controls through control recommendations.
  • Data Risk Management: Serve as the key contact for assurance reviews by Line 2, Line 3, and external parties.
  • Data Quality Rules: Design and implement robust data quality rules and standards to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of critical data.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in CDE management, representing the Business and Wealth Chief Data Office in group-wide forums relating to policy review and improvement opportunities on data management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Data Platforms, business units, risk, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of data stewardship and ensure adherence to data management policies.
  • Training & Awareness: Design and implement training programs to enhance understanding of data governance principles and practices across the organization.
