About the Role
The Reception and Administration Assistant is the first point of contact for level 4 of the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Wellness & Research Centre. The incumbent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to staff, visitors, or anyone arriving to level 4.
This is a fixed-term 12-month contract working Tuesday to Friday from 0930 to 1500. A regular day will see you:
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Ordering stationery and supplies
- Assisting administrative assistants with document labelling
About You
You will be someone who has excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care. You'll bring energy and drive to your work, and have a keen interest in developing your skillset.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring with you:
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy, with proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, web pages)
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities and allocate priorities effectively
