Job Title: Administration Support Specialist

About the Role:
The Administration Support Specialist will provide high-quality administrative support to the specialist family violence program, located within The Orange Door. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing daily incoming L17 reports, creating batch reports to support triage practitioners, and ensuring accurate client records in our client database (CRM) and the creation of client profiles within CRM.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in completing complex administrative tasks, preferably in a Community Services setting, and hold a Cert IV or Diploma in Business Admin. You will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management, organisation and time management, and a high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential.
