The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting research, gathering evidence, and analysing information to support regulatory work.
  • Triage incoming queries and self-reported breaches to determine the appropriate regulatory response.
  • Drafting correspondence, briefings, decisions, notices, guidelines, and reports.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve non-compliance issues and promote regulatory compliance.
