The Role

As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will report to the General Counsel and Directors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
  • Staying up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conducting internal audits and reviews across the organisation to identify compliance and risk.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on compliance matters.
  • Investigating and addressing potential compliance concerns.
  • Preparing and submitting regulatory reports as required.
  • Assisting in responding to regulatory inquiries and audits.
  • Monitoring changes in laws and regulations and assessing their impact on the business.
  • Executing internal training for staff.
  • Supporting the Legal Team.

To be effective, you will require:

  • Experience in Professional, Financial or Accounting services firms, with experience in compliance and risk management.
  • A strong awareness of legislation and regulations and their impact on the business units.
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • A commitment to career growth and development.
