Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Risk and Compliance function, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization meets all relevant regulatory requirements.


Job Description

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures;
  • Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks;
  • Providing compliance training to employees and management;
  • Monitoring and reporting on compliance matters;
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure effective compliance across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Law, Commerce, Finance, or a related field;
  • Relevant post-graduate and/or professional qualifications desirable;
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role or compliance role in the financial services industry.
