A skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist is sought to ensure the delivery of training and assessment aligns with relevant legislation, industry standards, and business procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a structured audit program to guarantee compliance requirements are met and maintained in line with regulatory demands, organizational policies, and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and maintain continuous improvement plans and staff development programs to foster growth and excellence.
- Design and execute assessment validation processes to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness.
- Evaluate trainers' qualifications and facilitate their professional development activities.
- Maintain compliant trainer and staff files.
- Supervise unqualified staff members who serve as trainers.
- Monitor the implementation of new training courses and assist with transitioning from outdated packages to updated versions.
- Ensure adherence to ASQA Standards for RTOs and promote high-quality performance.
- Conduct student file audits.
- Review and update learning and assessment materials.
- Submit Quality Indicator reports to regulatory bodies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in compliance roles and operational knowledge of regulatory and funding organizations.
- Demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive individual who can initiate tasks autonomously.
- Lead, support, and manage internal and external audits.
