A skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist is sought to ensure the delivery of training and assessment aligns with relevant legislation, industry standards, and business procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate trainers' qualifications and facilitate their professional development activities.
  • Maintain compliant trainer and staff files.
  • Supervise unqualified staff members who serve as trainers.
  • Monitor the implementation of new training courses and assist with transitioning from outdated packages to updated versions.
  • Ensure adherence to ASQA Standards for RTOs and promote high-quality performance.
  • Conduct student file audits.
  • Review and update learning and assessment materials.
  • Submit Quality Indicator reports to regulatory bodies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in compliance roles and operational knowledge of regulatory and funding organizations.
  • Demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive individual who can initiate tasks autonomously.
  • Lead, support, and manage internal and external audits.
