Onboarding Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our operations team in the capacity of Onboarding Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating structured processes, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new franchisees and their teams, and providing exceptional support to drive business growth and success.

  • Develop and implement efficient onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as required.
  • Communicate proactively with key stakeholders to ensure transparency and keep them informed of progress.
  • Support the operations team in rolling out strategic projects and provide administrative assistance as needed.

A strong sense of accountability, problem-solving skills, and continuous improvement mindset are essential for success in this role.

Experience working in financial services is desirable, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, are required.
