Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annumAbout the RoleThis full-time permanent opportunity is available for a Business Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting business unit projects by assisting managers and other staff members with tasks including client invoicing, claims management, and subcontractor relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain client and subcontractor project registers in accordance with Zinfra procedures and policies.
- Support field workers in updating SAP for timesheets and expenses for approval and payment.
- Prepare payment proposal claims and invoice activities.
- Develop strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Coordinate uniform ordering and receipt processing.
- SAP and Upvise experience (preferable).
- Customer service experience.
- Proficient with MS suite of software.
- High data input speed and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Time management skills to handle multiple conflicting priorities.
- Detailed-oriented.
