Management Opportunity in a Sustainable Waste Management Company

About the RoleWe are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Hobart. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling our curbside collection fleet to ensure all KPIs are achieved.
You will work closely with line management to develop and manage operational targets, ensuring that all pre-start, post-run, and minor day-to-day maintenance tasks are carried out on all equipment.
- Coordinate and schedule curbside collection fleet to achieve KPIs
- Consult with line management on operational targets
- Ensure equipment maintenance is carried out as required
- Lead by example and create a positive work culture
As an ideal candidate, you will have a landfill or waste background with HR Licence, which would be advantageous. You should also have excellent people skills, ideally 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory role, exposure to comprehensive safety management systems, and knowledge of HSE and environmental legislation.

- Microsoft suite experience essential
