Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and Scheduling: You will be responsible for planning and outlining the detail of work coming through the Cambridge workshop, defining the schedule, cost, quality, and risks. This includes procurement activities for materials and engaging contracted services both on and off site.
  • Workshop Optimization: Optimise workshop throughput to meet required outage duration in line with cost of lost production, resource constraints, safety, and risk.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and support the workshop team, providing technical expertise in line with your experience.
  • Resource Engagement: Identify and engage with external resources and contractors as required to progress planned work.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with various stakeholders including Major Works, Production Operations, and Assets & Infrastructure teams.
