The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling our curbside collection fleet to ensure all KPIs are achieved. You will also consult with line management in the development and management of operational targets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule your curbside collection fleet to ensure all KPIs are achieved
  • Consult with line management in the development and management of operational targets
  • Ensure all pre-start, post-run, and minor day-to-day maintenance tasks are carried out on all equipment
  • Lead by example - be a people person, create a good solid work and team culture
  • Drive operational efficiencies within the team, continual review and improvement of site
  • Manage and prepare detailed reports this includes toolbox meetings
  • Lead performance management investigations and outcome

About You

You ideally will have a landfill or waste background with HR Licence which would be advantageous. You will be approachable, have good people skills, and ideally have 2-3yrs minimum experience in a supervisory role.
