Development Project Manager Role

We are seeking an ambitious engineer/project manager to lead private land development projects from concept through completion. As the local face of our company in Northeast Ohio, you will have significant project momentum and the chance to make a real impact serving clients directly, shaping project outcomes, and helping us deepen our roots in the local market.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes, overseeing design, permitting, and delivery of site plans, grading, drainage, utilities, and related infrastructure. They will also collaborate with international production teams to meet high standards of quality and efficiency.

Mentor junior staff and support their professional growth by sharing your expertise and experience. Participate in business development efforts leveraging local relationships and networks to drive success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio or ability to obtain licensure promptly.
  • 7+ years of experience in private land development.
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Experience with HydroCAD and other stormwater modeling software highly preferred.
