Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for high-end townhouses development. You will require your QBCC licence for this role.
Responsibility includes:
- Working closely with the Site Manager and Contract Administrators
- Reporting on Progress, Claims and any Variations
- Ensuring good relationships with established neighbours and community expectations are met.
- Ensuring all regulations are adhered to.
- Ensure the quality of the job meets the standards expected
- Provide up-to-date reporting on all aspects of the job.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in residential construction, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in the local Brisbane industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field if preferred.
