We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for high-end townhouses development.

Responsibility includes:

  • Working closely with the Site Manager and Contract Administrators
  • Reporting on Progress, Claims and any Variations
  • Ensuring good relationships with established neighbours and community expectations are met.
  • Ensuring all regulations are adhered to.
  • Ensure the quality of the job meets the standards expected
  • Provide up-to-date reporting on all aspects of the job.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in residential construction, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in the local Brisbane industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field if preferred.
