Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the flow of confirmed orders from sales through to production and delivery.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy with excellent communication skills. Experience in production, procurement, or account/operations management is a must, while experience in branded merch or promotional products is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage order flow from sales to production and delivery
  • Liaise with accounts to raise purchase orders and manage supplier payments
  • Coordinate customer artwork approvals and manage digital proofs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers for any production-related queries
  • Troubleshoot delays, product issues, or artwork concerns
  • Maintain accurate records across projects and platforms
  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage expectations, timelines, and stock availability
  • Lead and support a small offshore production support team

  • Proven experience in production, procurement, or account/operations management
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts across multiple orders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused when things don't go to plan
  • Tech-savvy with confidence in spreadsheets, order tracking, and shared tools
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
