Suntory Beverage & Food France is seeking an exceptional Key Account Manager to join our Australian licensed function team. This role offers a unique opportunity to establish work processes and build collaborative relationships with customers to deliver the Suntory Oceania strategy.
About the Opportunity
We are building a best-in-class Sales team, and this Key Account Manager - On Premise role is crucial to our success. Reporting to a State Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing account plans, including Joint Business plans and account-specific marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with key On-Premise groups in Victoria and Tasmania.
Key Responsibilities
- Nurture mutually beneficial partnerships with key On-Premise customers and groups in Victoria and Tasmania.
- Develop and execute best-in-class account plans, aligned with customer and Suntory strategic priorities.
- Create a hunting pipeline for new business accounts across both states.
- Foster productive relationships with your state field sales team to drive excellent execution of plans at venue level.
- Take a leadership role within the State leadership team, transcending functional responsibility.
- Champion On-Premise capability within your State.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize marketing activation, forecasting, and trade spend.
Your Toolkit
We're looking for an individual with a proven track record in account management, preferably within the FMCG industry (Liquor is highly preferred). You should have a strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, numeric and analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.

About the Role
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
