Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies that enhance patient outcomes and support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a collaborative and inclusive team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Manage and optimize the rare disease and rare cancer portfolio to achieve financial targets, conducting analysis to identify trends and improve return on investment.
  • Oversee the creative process and implement impactful marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement across various channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, design customer excellence strategies, and maintain effective communication.
  • Engage with customers, attend industry events, and incorporate valuable feedback to enhance our offerings.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Lifesciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 10+ years' experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Advanced strategic toolkit, including stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, storytelling, change leadership, and project management.
  • Marketing toolkit, with experience across various channels, including sales, digital, print, and events.
  • Knowledge of hospital, specialist, and oncology healthcare environments.
