Job Opportunity:

As a specialist in youth employment, you will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 15–24 to secure sustainable employment, apprenticeships, traineeships, or further education. Your primary responsibility will be to help participants overcome barriers, build employability skills, and connect them with community opportunities.

Key aspects of the role include providing support at our Woolgoolga and Coffs Harbour offices, with potential relief support at other sites across the region. You will foster a collaborative and outcomes-driven employment service while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in youth, employment, or community services is desirable.
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other operating systems.
  • Flexibility to travel across the region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to manage priorities.
