Youth Justice Advocate

This role focuses on facilitating Youth Justice Conferences, aligning with principles of restorative justice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and conducting conferences with participants, ensuring smooth conversation and outcomes.
- Maintaining self-motivation and possessing excellent communication and listening skills.
- Displaying exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrating good computer skills to complete administrative tasks efficiently.
- Being comfortable working with diverse participants.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a minimum Provisional 2 NSW Driver's licence.
- National Criminal History Check clearance.
- Personal access to a computer with internet connection and mobile phone.
- NSW Working with Children Check Clearance (WWCC).
Candidates are required to provide WWCC clearance prior to commencing in the role.
