Supporting Young People towards Employment

We are seeking motivated individuals to work with young people, identifying their needs and providing solutions-focused support to help them achieve ongoing education and/or employment.

  • A strong passion for supporting young people is essential. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of backgrounds, including previous experience in Youth & Family Services, Community Services and Employment Services.
  • You will be responsible for assessing the needs of young people, identifying barriers to employment and developing strategies to overcome these challenges.

Key Requirements

Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in Youth & Family Services, Community Services and Employment Services. A strong passion for supporting young people.

Experience: We welcome those from various backgrounds, including previous experience in Youth & Family Services, Community Services and Employment Services.

Educational Background: Relevant qualifications in social work, youth work or a related field.
