Job Title: Strategic Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a strategic and people-first leader to manage our high-performing customer service team. The successful candidate will oversee a large frontline team focused on transaction processing, drive operational improvement, and inspire teams through clarity and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a large-scale team of 25+ across core customer transactions
  • Drive operational improvement by challenging current processes, streamlining service delivery, and leading change initiatives
  • Balance strategy and action by guiding team direction while jumping in on big issues and supporting day-to-day leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, PMO, Distribution Centre, Kit Room, and Ops to drive outcomes
  • Grow into future leadership by working closely with senior leaders and positioning yourself for broader leadership opportunities
  • Oversee third-party operations by managing vendor relationships, including offshore processing support
Requirements:
  • Experience in high-volume service, preferably in industries like insurance, finance, or call centers where urgency and accuracy are critical
