Key Responsibilities- Work under the guidance of an experienced store leadership team to gain practical experience and skills needed for a leadership position.

- Lead the store team to deliver on performance objectives set for your store with respect to sales, people, audit & compliance, visual merchandising, wages, and safety.
- Experience in a customer service-based management role.
- Demonstrated experience driving sales and operations to meet targets and metrics.
