
Strategic Pre-Sales Leader

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will lead and direct all aspects of the pre-sales organisation within the ANZ Federal Sales District, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a high-performing team culture through leadership, coaching, and motivation.
- Create a tailored professional development plan for each team member.
- Establish and track performance goals in collaboration with Sales Leadership.
- Promote NetApp's solutions and products to customers and partners.
- Analyse market trends and competitor behaviour, providing insights to Sales Leadership and Product Management.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years' experience as an individual contributor and 1-5 years as a people manager.
- Based in Canberra with strong knowledge of the ANZ Federal sector.
- Australian citizenship with security clearance (NV1 and above preferred).
- Significant expertise in technical specifications required to sell NetApp products and services.
