Workplace Coordinator

Perth, Western Australia JLL Full time

JLL is seeking a part-time Workplace Coordinator to provide superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations. This role requires someone who can effectively manage conflicting priorities and oversee site cleanliness, providing direction to cleaning staff to ensure spaces are kept clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations
  • Provide vendor management support by ensuring subcontractors perform to the required standards
  • Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required
  • Assist in financial processes to ensure all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide support for conferences by coordinating conference room booking and preparing conference rooms for meetings
  • Perform weekly consumables order; receive and store as required; and provide receipts to PFM for records
  • Oversee site cleanliness and provide direction to cleaning staff to ensure spaces are kept clean and tidy
  • Organise specialty cleaning as required
  • Provide administrative support to Contract Administrator as required

Health, Safety and Risk Management:

  • Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure safety procedures are being complied with
  • Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed
  • Assist in the property risk management program
  • Participate in the disaster recovery and business continuity plans as required
  • Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1+ years' experience in facilities or administration within a similar corporate high-volume environment
  • Confident and highly presentable individual who presents a professional, corporate image
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage the completion of tasks in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities
