Job Title: People & Culture Coordinator

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Recruitment Coordinator in ensuring legislative compliance.
  • Assist with the administration of our reward and recognition program to celebrate and motivate our team.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives that help build a connected and motivated workplace.
  • Support the People & Culture team with various tasks, including producing the quarterly newsletter, managing uniforms, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, overseeing access cards, and processing invoices.
  • Assist with planning and execution of SwanCare events.
Key Requirements
  • Possession or progression toward a degree or diploma qualification in Human Resources.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated superior customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels of the organisation.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Working rights within Australia.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Current Influenza Statement and Covid 19 Vaccinations (highly desirable).
