Purpose

The Night Auditor is responsible for performing end-of-day accounting tasks and assisting guests with late-night inquiries. As the calm point of contact for any situation, they ensure nightly reports are accurate and up to date.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage reception duties and night audit process, ensuring nightly reports are accurate and up to date
  • Work closely with security to maintain building security systems
  • Assist day team operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience that extends throughout the day and night
  • Embrace flexible night shifts from 11pm to 7am

Skills and Qualifications

  • Be an independent worker who can take initiative and excel without constant supervision
  • Have prior experience in Night Audit and/or Accounts, and technical know-how to efficiently handle nightly audits
  • Be a quick-thinking problem solver, prioritizing guests' needs
  • Be capable of adapting to flexible rotating schedules, including weekends and public holidays
