Operations Manager - Night Shift

The role involves assisting the night manager in cross-checking and balancing work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift basis. Providing exceptional customer service to guests is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle guest registration and departure services.
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts and offer helpful information.
  • Implement strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
  • Take responsibility of night manager duties when required.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a night auditor is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of Opera PMS is necessary.
  • Exceptional grooming, presentation, and communication skills are required.
  • Able to work night shifts across a 7-day roster.
  • An unrestricted driver's license is essential.
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate - Victoria is mandatory.
