About Night Shift Production Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Coordinator to join our team in a night shift role. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and participating in the cleaning process to ensure efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the night shift cleaning team, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and allocate cleaning assignments, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the required standards within specified timeframes.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels and address any deficiencies promptly.
  • Training: Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Assist in the cleaning process as needed, particularly during peak periods or when additional support is required.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities and ensure alignment with production schedules.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a cleaning or production environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Cleaning Knowledge: Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment and chemicals.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Shift Work: Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required.
