We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the night audit process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of nightly reports.
  • Work closely with security personnel to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Assist the day team with operations, providing seamless service to guests throughout the day and night.
  • Evaluate and resolve issues that may arise during the night shift, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
  • Independent worker with ability to take initiative and work effectively without constant supervision.
  • Prior experience in night audit and/or accounts, as well as technical knowledge to efficiently handle nightly audits, is highly beneficial.
  • Quick-thinking problem solver who can prioritize guest needs and provide memorable experiences.
  • Flexible rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays, is required.
