About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our efforts in the Victorian market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building strategic relationships with high-volume customers and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and presenting commercial documents, including contracts and pricing structures.
  • Analysing information to manage pricing/cost structures effectively.
  • Conducting presentations and negotiations to convert prospects into profitable new business.
  • Managing and reporting sales performance.
About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for business development and a proven track record of securing new business. Ideal candidates will have strong sales and presentation skills, be data-savvy, and have experience working with tier 1 customers.

You will also need:

  • Strong sales experience, ideally gained from working in the waste management industry.
  • Experience presenting to a varied audience and managing pricing and cost structures.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in using various systems and working with data.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus a performance-based commission structure.
