Strategic Business Solutions Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality business consulting services on assigned projects.
Your expertise will include providing deep product-specific business consulting activities, workshop facilitation, requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and customer satisfaction. You will also be required to work closely with customers to leverage product capabilities and ensure long-term business value from the solution.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver expert-level business consulting services on assigned projects.
- Facilitate requirements workshops with customers using standard methodology templates.
- Analyse customer business processes and ensure alignment of processes to product capability.
- Collaborate with Technical Consultants to design solutions that satisfy customer requirements.
- Configure the product suite to meet documented solution designs and make evolutionary improvements through prototyping.
- Prepare test cases and scripts to support customer functional and user acceptance testing.
- Manage personal relationships with customers to enable long-term relationships.
- Provide sales support to the Objective Sales team in responding to RFT questions within your area of expertise.
- High degree of knowledge in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Advanced MS Word, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models.
- Experience in UML or similar process modelling.
- Strong experience in data modelling.
- Able to deliver end-user and application administration training.
- Significant participation in functional, integration, or UAT testing.
- Data Migration experience is preferred.
