Senior Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth through the sale of solutions and services to new clients in the local market.

  • Drive revenue growth by aligning Planit solutions with customers' objectives and delivering outstanding customer experience and outcomes.
  • Manage and grow Planit's pipeline, ensuring velocity and removing opportunity obstacles, while driving a profitable pipeline mix by balancing opportunities across technical testing, quality engineering, business agility, offshoring, and digital.
  • Collaborate with the delivery arm of the business, providing guidance and support to non-sales background team members, and create market and client maps to identify key targets and generate plans to acquire them into the portfolio.
  • Meet order intake, revenue, and margin targets within defined parameters; report and forecast accurately, and write, manage, and respond to tender requests.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and able to quickly identify pipeline and sales opportunities.
  • Confident in helping Plan's prospects solve their problems, dependable with strong sales acumen, including pipeline management, reporting, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience in engaging with senior business executives and establishing a strong network of credible business contacts, including a strong public sector network covering State and Regional government.
  • IT, solutions, or corporate business consultative sales or new business sales role experience.
