Job Summary

This role involves acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and security experts to ensure Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives align with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to comprehend IAM requirements, facilitating workshops and interviews, documenting and analyzing existing IAM processes, creating process flow diagrams, and translating business needs into technical specifications.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 1 year in an IAM or cybersecurity context, and a proven track record of effectively managing IAM requirements, projects, or initiatives.

Key skills include strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in process mapping tools, familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools, and knowledge of identity and access management principles, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Experience with IAM technologies such as Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Okta, or other identity and access management solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based IAM solutions like Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of identity governance, administration, and analytics.
  • Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
