Job Title: Senior Business Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our clients in data analysis, business requirements gathering, and designing tailored solutions aligned with their strategic objectives. As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of our delivery team and work collaboratively across various data environments, helping our clients address their business challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing innovative solutions through research and analysis, leveraging insight and experience of best practices.
  • Crafting requirement specifications, analysing business needs, creating visual models, facilitating workshops, and extracting key information from data.
  • Designing and building reports – capturing data requirements for the client and team.
  • Data analysis – utilising SQL, DAX, and/or other programming languages to analyse data when required to inform business decisions.
  • Leading or supervising team members to deliver complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating requirement specifications, analysing business needs, creating visual models, facilitating workshop sessions, and using relevant business analyst tools.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a core domain of expertise this could include data migration processes (including planning, execution, and validation), modern web applications (including design systems), or other domains (e.g. SAP, Integration platforms etc).
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience with SQL and programming skills such as Python and R.
