About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Centre Management Professional to join our team at Iconic Recruit. As an Administration Manager - Shopping Centre, you will be responsible for delivering accurate monthly forecasts and managing property accounting calendars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering accurate monthly forecasts and property accounting calendars
- Manage daily receipting of tenant payments and timely follow-up on unaccounted payments
- Collaborate with leasing coordinators for casual leasing income and community bookings
- Accurately manage tenant recoverable charges and turnover rent calculations
- Maintain tenancy schedule accuracy and handle tenant changes, including lease renewals and abatements
- Assist in preparing monthly reports, budgets, and retail plans
- Ensure sales data collection and reporting, and manage tenant arrears efficiently
- Maintain compliance with lease administration processes and stakeholder communication
Requirements:
- Prior experience working within centre management in a shopping centre environment
- High level of analytical skills
- Experience in financial forecasting and accrual accounting
- Understanding of the Qld Retail Leases Act or background in Lease compliance
- Software experience essential – proficient in Excel, MRI highly desirable
- Proven arrears management experience
