About The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Recruit Shop. In this diverse and impactful role, you will be responsible for facilitating streamlined processes to enhance the efficiency of our administration team.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with management and staff to resolve administrative tasks and issues efficiently;
- Managing and implementing effective office processes in administration, finance, HR, and governance;
- Oversseeing employee training records, ensuring licenses are current and scheduling necessary training;
- Preparing confidential reports and executive correspondence, managing incoming requests effectively;
- Maintaining exceptional customer service and strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role;
- A proactive problem-solving approach with excellent phone manners and reliability;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong time management skills;
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
