Sales Admin Trainee Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the Sales Admin Trainee position. As a Sales Admin Trainee, you will provide essential administrative support to our Sales and Service departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional phone support and customer service to our clients and team members.
  • Coordinate and curate memorable staff events, including catering.
  • Facilitate and streamline administrative operations for the Sales & Service departments.
  • Procure essential office and workshop supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation to ensure hassle-free travel arrangements.
  • Verify and process expense claims with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on travel and expense claim procedures.
  • Efficiently organize and archive delivery dockets and invoices on a daily basis.
  • Utilize Unified Inbox to promptly approve invoices.
  • Manage EFTPOS transactions for the Sales and Service departments.

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and develop sales and administrative skills.
