Key Responsibilities:

  • Time Management: Ensure the Lead's time is utilized efficiently through calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Day-to-Day Tasks: Triage meeting requests, manage the inbox, and run meetings effectively.
  • Meeting Preparation: Coordinate and assist in building materials and research.
  • Driving Initiatives Forward: Keep seasonal programs on track by coordinating timelines, milestones, and statuses.
  • Forecasting and Predicting Emerging Opportunities: Anticipate and work on solutions to improve the business.
  • General Administration: Assist with various tasks, including expenses, documentation, and ad hoc requests.
  • Travel Coordination: Prepare and coordinate the Lead's trips to ensure they are supported to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Activities: Support the organization of celebrations, gifts, and off-sites.

Requirements:

  • Experience empowering leaders through strong administrative support.
  • Proven experience in project management or events within a start-up or scale-up tech environment.
  • Attention to detail and high-quality output.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This figure reflects the national average and may vary based on regional factors.
